# Games of the Future (GOTF) > Games of the Future is an annual international multi-sport tournament that fuses physical sports with digital gaming in a format known as "phygital sport," bringing together elite athletes, esports players, and technology pioneers from around the world. Games of the Future (GOTF) is organized by Phygital International, the official rights holder. The tournament is built around three competition categories: Phygital sports (hybrid disciplines combining a digital stage and a physical contest), Esports (pure competitive gaming titles), and Tech sports (emerging technology-driven competitions).
