Who’s going to host GOTF 2027? The countdown is nearly over!
It’s UAE in 2025 and Kazakhstan in 2026 – but where are we all going to meet up for Games of the Future 2027? Well, we’re soon going to find out as the closing date for bids to host the world’s biggest phygital spectacular is getting closer.
Nations around the globe have until 31 December 2024 to submit their bids to be the home of GOTF 2027. That’s just over a month away! Several big nations have already made their case but there’s still a chance for other countries to finalize their pitch for the honor of hosting thousands of phygital athletes and spectators.
After the bid process closes, Phygital International’s expert committee will closely review all the submissions, with the winner being announced as the official Games of the Future 2027 host in April 2025.
Hosting this pinnacle event offers a fantastic platform for countries to show themselves as a hub of creativity, modernization, and culture, while celebrating inclusivity and innovation on the global stage. Plus, it gives phygital fans yet another spectacular tournament to prepare for and look forward to.
