The Games of the Future is the world’s biggest phygital event – where gaming meets sport, and technology brings imagination to life. More than just a tournament, it’s become a global phenomenon. In summer 2026, the world gathered again in Astana, Kazakhstan for another spectacular chapter in the phygital revolution.

Phygital Contenders is the final qualifier tier, where elite challengers face off for the chance to compete at the Games of the Future. The 2026 event was hosted in Astana, Kazakhstan from 10-14 June. Athletes competed in three disciplines: Phygital Football, Phygital Basketball and Phygital Dancing.
