Kazakhstan's President launches official countdown to Games of the Future 2026!

With 100 days to go, Kazakhstan is getting ready for the final countdown to the Games of the Future 2026.

At the Alem.ai International Center for Artificial Intelligence, Kazakhstan’s President, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev joined leaders from sports, and technology to kick off the final countdown which will take place this summer in Astana.

At the event, Alibek Khasenov, Director of the Games of the Future 2026, explained what fans can expect. He talked about the different sports and games that will be included. Athletes will combine video gaming skills with real-world physical action in one exciting format.

The Games of the Future 2026 will take place from 29 July to 9 August. More than 900 participants from over 50 countries will compete for over 4 million US dollars in prize money, with over 100,000 fans are expected to watch live in person, with millions more watching worldwide.

This international event is a big moment for Kazakhstan during its Year of Innovation. It shows how sports, technology, and culture can come together to create something new.
